Stefan Jacyno is an adwokat and the managing partner of Wardyński & Partners. He heads the Real Estate & Construction and Reprivatisation practices.
He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, across a wide spectrum of development projects, with particular emphasis on the construction process and real estate development. He is an experienced negotiator and litigator in proceedings before courts and administrative authorities of all instances. He also has in-depth knowledge of issues of reprivatisation and perpetual usufruct of real estate.
He advises on complex transactions involving all types of real estate, including agricultural, greenfield, industrial, residential, office, and commercial, as well as organisation of large residential and shopping mall projects. He has managed projects for shopping centre chains, real estate developers and individual investors.
Stefan Jacyno graduated in law from the University of Warsaw in 1980.
In 1988–1994 he ran his own law firm.
He is a member of the Warsaw Bar. In 1992–2007 he was a judge at the Warsaw Bar’s Disciplinary Court. Since 2007 he has been a judge of the High Disciplinary Court of the Polish Bar, and he was deputy chairman during the 2007–2010 term.
He co-authored Legal Risks in M&A Transactions, published by LexisNexis Polska in cooperation with Wardyński & Partners (Warsaw 2013).
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 1995 and has been managing partner since 2001.
