Anna Pompe is an adwokat and partner, co-heading the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

She specialises in intellectual property law, particularly trademarks and unfair competition and is highly experienced in criminal and civil litigation, and also negotiating settlements.

Anna Pompe is a graduate of the University of Warsaw’s Law Faculty (1996). She completed a one-year postgraduate course on combating unfair competition at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (1995) and subsequently at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (1998).

She is the co-author of the chapters on Polish law in Handbuch der Markenpiraterie published by C.H. Beck in Munich (2000) and in E-commerce and the Law of Digital Signatures edited by Dennis Campbell, Center for International Studies, Oceana Publications Inc.® (2005). She often speaks at conferences and training courses devoted to intellectual property.

She is a member of the Warsaw Bar, the Polish Competition Law Association and the International Trademark Association.
