Adwokaci (advocates) and radcowie prawni (legal advisers) are subject to professional civil liability insurance (Art. 10 of the Act on Performance of Services in the Territory of the Republic of Poland, Journal of Laws Dz.U. 2010 No. 47 item 278).

Wardyński & Partners will process personal data entered in forms or gathered through this website in a manner consistent with the permission granted by the user and in compliance with the requirements of Polish law, specifically the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws Dz.U. No. 133 item 883, as amended) and the Act on Performance of Electronic Services dated 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws Dz.U. No. 144 item 1204). The set of personal data collected is treated as a separate database, stored on the website server in a special security zone assuring due protection. Only a small number of authorised employees of Wardyński & Partners responsible for administration of the database have full access to the database.

Wardyński & Partners will afford any user who has completed a form or otherwise provided personal data to Wardyński & Partners access to the user’s data for the purpose of reviewing, modifying or removing the data.
