Transaction: Triton and Cobex 03.07.2019

Wardyński & Partners has advised Triton in a transaction in which funds advised by Triton have signed an agreement to sell the Cobex group, including Cobex sp. z o.o. (formerly SGL Carbon SA)—plants producing cathodes, furnace linings and carbon electrodes—to Tokai Carbon.

Transaction: EQT and Autostore 03.07.2019

Wardyński & Partners has advised one of the EQT funds in a transaction in which it entered into an agreement to sell the Autostore group (including Autostore sp. z o.o.), a leading provider of warehouse automation systems, to Thomas H. Lee Partners.

Entry in register of undesirables infringed moral rights 17.04.2019

At the request of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, Artur Pietryka and Magdalena Kotowicz represented pro bono a citizen of Tunisia, M.H., who, although he held a permit for temporary stay in Poland, was without his knowledge entered in a list of foreigners whose presence in Poland is deemed undesirable.
