Transnational litigation and international law
Anna Olejniczak-Michalska represents clients in cross-border proceedings involving disputes on governing law, jurisdiction, and enforcement of international judgments. She advises clients on cross-border trade and distribution issues, in particular export controls and international trade sanctions.
She represents clients before the European Court of Human Rights. She conducts human rights risk assessments, audits, and internal investigations.
She advises private clients in all areas of domestic and international family law. She represents parents in child abduction cases under the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2020.

In 2006–2007 she was affiliated with White & Case and its corporate practice. In 2007–2012 she worked at the European Court of Human Rights, drafting rulings in applications against Poland. In recent years she worked at the Ministry of Justice as chief specialist in the Department of International Cooperation and Human Rights.
