Public procurement and public infrastructure projects, PPP, FIDIC
Anna Prigan handles public infrastructure projects with the participation of local government and other public authorities. She has significant experience advising on highway development projects, public procurement, and PPP transactions. She provides comprehensive legal support for infrastructure and development projects, including projects carried using FIDIC and EPC contract conditions.
She advises both public and private clients on all aspects of public procurement law and represents clients in procurement appeals. She specialises in projects carried out under models for public procurement, PPP, and concessions for construction works and services. Her recent experience includes projects for construction of motorways and other roads, rail lines, broadband networks, waste incineration plants, power plants and transhipment terminals.
She is also involved in the work of the firm’s Chinese Desk, Japanese Desk, and Korean Desk.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2010.

In 2002–2007 she worked with law firms in Opole. In 2006–2007 she served as legal adviser to the Opole Province Roads Administration, and in 2007–2009 worked with the Wrocław office of Warsaw law firm TGC Ordowska.
