Combating unfair competition and protecting intellectual property rights
Dominika Kwiatkiewicz-Trzaskowska handles intellectual property, unfair competition and internet law. She advises clients on matters involving trademarks, industrial designs, patents and copyright. She is experienced in conducting cases before the state courts and resolving domain name disputes through ADR. She also handles administrative proceedings for invalidation of industrial property rights.
