Karol Czepukojć

Karol Czepukojć specialises in advising on large-scale court restructuring and bankruptcy cases. He advises debtors, insolvency officeholders and creditors, including banks and other financial institutions, as well as manufacturers and suppliers of goods and services. He also advises on cross-border court restructuring and insolvency proceedings with links to other EU member states or the United States, particularly on behalf of foreign administrators.

He advises creditors, debtors and purchasers of assets in pre-packaged insolvencies and advises on other transactions involving distressed assets.

He represents parties to commercial contracts in negotiations as well as parties to commercial litigation and debt recoveries, including enforcement under promissory notes and against collateral and guarantors.

He conducts training on restructuring and bankruptcy law for lawyers, insolvency officeholders and specialists, including those from financial institutions.

He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2007.
