Capital market transactions (ECM and DCM), advice for public companies and financial institutions
Katarzyna Jaroszyńska handles legal issues involving capital markets, securities and financial institutions, advice on corporate governance, particularly for public companies, and capital market transactions.
She has experience in projects for taking companies public and preparing prospectuses for securities issues. She represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. She takes part in transactions involving takeovers and acquisition of major stakes in public companies, compliance with reporting obligations related to transactions on the capital market, and offering of foreign securities in Poland. She advises on regulatory aspects of the operation of financial institutions (brokerages, banks, investment funds, insurance companies), offering of financial products, and outsourcing of services.
She also participates in M&A transactions.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2018.
