Leszek Zatyka

Leszek Zatyka handles civil litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings and administrative court proceedings. He represents institutional and individual clients in civil, commercial and enforcement cases. He has great experience handling cases involving clarification of title to real estate, claims between owners and occupiers of real estate, and liability in damages of public authorities for wrongful acts and omissions. He has advised on numerous transactions involving real estate for development projects, particularly with respect to reprivatisation risks.

As part of the law firm’s pro bono initiatives, he successfully represented a radio journalist seeking damages for mobbing and discrimination. He also represented a bank customer in successfully quashing a legally final order for payment issued over 10 years earlier, pursuant to which execution proceedings had been conducted for several years.

He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2007.
