Maciej A. Szewczyk handles commercial law, particularly M&A transactions. He also provides ongoing legal assistance to companies operating in Poland.
He has taken part in numerous complex (including multi-jurisdictional) transactions involving acquisition and sale of enterprises and shares.
He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (currently not practising).
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2007.
