Dr Magdalena Niziołek handles public law matters, including administrative law, proceedings before administrative agencies and administrative courts, local government law and Constitutional Tribunal proceedings.
Her experience includes administrative and judicial proceedings concerning sports law licences and decisions pertaining to infrastructure projects (road and rail), pharmaceutical law, including marketing authorisation of medicinal products and foods, architecture and construction law, planning and building permits, permits from the Ministry of Treasury for sale of port real estate, telecommunications law, environmental law, the fishing industry, and reprivatisation of Warsaw properties and agricultural properties.
She has cooperated with Wardyński & Partners since 2006.
