Individual and collective labour law
Dr Marta Derlacz-Wawrowska handles individual and collective employment matters. She has experience in dealing with disputes concerning termination of employment, overtime payment, mobbing and discrimination. She has advised in cases concerning confidentiality and non-competition agreements. She has been advising clients on immigration matters.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2016.
