Comprehensive transactional advice
Michał Gintowt handles capital transactions, particularly involving private equity, venture capital and startups. He also advises startups on the law of new technologies (intellectual property, data protection). He is experienced in representing clients in matters involving protection of personal interests.
He is the author of publications on intellectual property law and other issues.
