Mirella Lechna

Mirella Lechna, LL.M., heads the Infrastructure, Transport, Public Procurement & PPP practices.

She advises on infrastructure and transport projects, public-private partnerships, concessions, and matters involving protection of nature and the environment.

She participates in major infrastructure projects involving national and local authorities. She is experienced in preparing and implementing projects based on FIDIC contract conditions.

She also provides legal assistance on regulatory issues involving rail transport, public procurement, environmental protection and nature protection in relation to the infrastructure development process.

As a member of the Public Procurement Council at Polish Confederation Lewiatan she develops and promotes best practices in procurement

Mirella Lechna has headed the Wrocław office of Wardyński & Partners since 2009.

She joined the firm in 1997.
