Paweł Czajkowski heads the media law specialty within the Intellectual Property practice.
He is an expert in the law of the press, radio and television, internet, and protection of personal interests. He handles litigation, contract and regulatory aspects of media activity. He advises publishers, journalists and artists.
He has many years of experience in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings involving press and publishing operations. He also advises on transactions involving entities operating on the media market.
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2019.

In 2013–2019 he served as general counsel in a company broadcasting one of the fastest-growing terrestrial TV channels in Poland. He also advised companies from the Discovery TVN group in litigation, M&A transactions, and regulatory proceedings. Previously, in 2009–2013, he worked in the litigation and regulatory practice at Weil. In 2008–2009 he served as a junior adviser on case law at the office of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal.
