Radosław Wiśniewski

Dr Radosław Wiśniewski handles proceedings for regulating the legal status of real estate. He represents clients in cases seeking damages against public and institutional entities. He advises on inheritance, family law and personal law, particularly in matters with foreign and conflict-of-laws elements. He is also experienced in cases seeking damages for personal injury, including medical malpractice.

He participates in legal analysis of real estate for development projects, examining investment risks of reprivatisation claims. He is experienced in conducting cases before the Polish Constitutional Tribunal and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. As part of the firm’s pro bono activity, he cooperates on an ongoing basis with non-profit organisations involved in the issue of restitution of unlawfully taken property. He is a member of the firm’s French Desk serving francophone clients.

He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2013.
